We are located in New Ross, Co. Wexford. The hotel is situated approximately 1 km from the town of New Ross on N25.

Can we get to you by Train?
Unfortunately New Ross doesnt have a train station. Waterford train station is approximately 20KM from us. Wexford train station is approximately 39KM from us.

We have ample free car parking spaces available at the hotel.
Do you have an electric car charging station?
We are partnering with Go Charge to offer an Electric Vehicle charging unit in our car park. Register online with Go Charge, follow the steps to set up your account and you will be ready to charge and drive.

Check in is from 4pm on the day of your arrival.
What time is check-out?
Any time before 12 noon.
Can I organise an early check-in?
Your room is guaranteed for arrival from 4pm. An earlier check-in time may be arranged subject to availability. If you have planned to arrive earlier to the hotel, our team would be delighted to arrange storage of your luggage, whilst you take the time to explore what the hotel has to offer.
Do I need to pre-book pool & gym use?
It is not necessary to prebook pool and gym use. Our opening times are as follows:.
Monday- Friday: 6.00 am - 9.30 pm (Last access to pool & gym 9pm)
Saturday: 8 am -7.30 pm (Last access to pool & gym 7pm)
Sunday & Bank Holidays: 9am -7.30 pm (Last access to pool & gym 7pm)
Does the hotel have an elevator?
Unfortunately the main hotel does not have an elevator, we have bedrooms on the ground floor and 1st floor. If you have mobility issues it is important to request a ground floor room on making your reservation.
Our Solas Croí Spa has an elevator accessing all four floors in the spa.
Do I need to pre-book Solas Croí Spa?
Prebooking of treatments and thermal suite use is strongly advised. You can contact the spa by email solas@brandonhousehotel.ie or call 051 447333.
Is there a charge to use the Thermal Suite in Solas Croí Spa?
There is a charge of €35 per person for up to 2 hours use of the Thermal Suite facilities. Residents of the hotel can avail of a special discounted rate of €25 per person for up to 2 hours use. Time slots must be pre-booked as access cannot be guaranteed on high demand days. Solas Croí Spa is an adults only facility.
Do I need to pre-book dinner?
Pre-booking of dining in our Library Bar or Gallery Restaurant is advised during busy periods to avoid disappointment.

Is the hotel pet friendly?
Unfortunately we do not accept pets, however guide dogs are permitted.
Are you situated close to the Greenway?
We are situated approximately 2.5KM away from the New Ross Greenway.
Can we store bikes at the hotel?
We offer a bike rack for storage, located in the main carpark.
Do you cater for Coeliacs, Vegetarians & Vegans?
We cater for a variety of dietary requirements in both our Library Bar and Gallery Restaurant. Please mention your requirements to your server, who will be happy to help.
Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?
The hotel is accessible for wheelchair users. Both the Leisure Centre entrance and main reception both have ramps for access. Should you require an accessible bedroom, please mention this at the time of booking so our team can allocate you accordingly.
