At the Brandon House Hotel we believe the best days start with a great breakfast. We can’t wait to welcome you each morning to our Dunbrody Room to sample the best produce that Co. Wexford has to offer. We are proud of our county and when we were devising our breakfast menu, we had local, fresh and tasty at the forefront of our minds!

We set about meeting with small growers and suppliers here in the Southeast to carefully curate a menu that is unique to us here at The Brandon House Hotel, we’d like to introduce you to but a few. 

Artisan suppliers like Killowen, Ireland’s only single origin dairy yogurt producer. Enjoy it mixed in with our fresh fruit selection. Our mixed berry fruit smoothies and strawberry compote yogurt pots also have the delicious, unique taste of Killowen. 

Another of our suppliers is Wexford Home Preserves, who use the most natural ingredients and methods for a truly artisan preserve making flavour. Wexford Home Preserves marmalades and jams are the perfect accompaniment to our traditional Irish brown soda bread, our buttery golden-brown pastries or our rustic Parisian baguette (a nod to our Head Chef Mo Yansane, a very proud Parisian!) baked inhouse daily.

We are so proud that all of our eggs at breakfast are from a local flock of ladies lovingly cared for by John at Tinnock Farm. Free range hens roaming happily on green pastures a few miles from the door of our hotel – happy hens produce the nicest eggs and our creamy scrambled eggs are testament to this! Our eggs make the most amazing fluffy omelettes and our Chef will create an omelette while you wait! 

Co. Wexford, famous for its beaches and gorgeous coastline has one of the most picturesque seaside villages in Ireland, Arthurstown. It is here at Ballyhack Smokehouse that Michael and the Walsh family have been smoking fish for generations. The pride in their craftsmanship is there for all to see and we know you will love their Beech Smoked Salmon in our continental selection as much as we do.

We want to ensure that everyone can enjoy their breakfast experience so we have an extensive Gluten Free selection available. We are proud to have Mary from the Tasty Parlour here in New Ross delivering tasty gluten and wheat free cereals, breads, and muffins. All the taste but none of the gluten!
